• The source of lighting depends mainly on natural sources:

• There is little artificial fill and window lighting is used in indoor scenes to keep them natural.

Other places are real spaces that serve as emotional spaces. The set dressing is minimal, which makes it realistic. Objects are iconic and not ornamental.

Natural lighting was employed in the entire documentary. Daylight was used in the outdoor scenes, and the ambient light was used in the indoor scenes. This was natural and did not create the artificial visual effect.

Cultural and travel documentaries were used as a source of visual inspiration through objects and the surrounding environment to convey meaning instead of a heavy dialogue.
